Positioned close to the pretty 'East Neuk', it's the perfect base to discover all Fife has to offer - top golf courses, stunning sandy beaches, award winning local food, and lots of fresh sea air!! The Hay Shed - St Andrews

Located only 2 miles out of St Andrews, the Hay shed is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy sea views. It is positioned in the grounds of a large house with views over a field and then towards the sea. The Hay Shed offers a luxury glamping experience, think outside bath whilst watching the stars, cosy firepit and twinkling festoon lights. Perfect for a getaway for two people but also room for two kids in the mezzanine area (mattress provided but no bed linen for this bed). One dog allowed.

Dog friendly restaurants , cafes, pubs and art galleries all on our doorstep. Lovely long beaches in St Andrews and Elie only short drive away. The Fife 117 mile long coastal path goes past the bottom of our Wynd .

Small apartment in the center of Crail

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed on the mezzanine. The bedroom, bathroom and toilets are downstairs, so the person sleeping on the mezzanine will have to consider it. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. There are a few steps to access the house. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

The Scores, St. Andrews

The Scores is a stunning holiday apartment situated just 150 yards from the 18th green of the Famous Old Course in St Andrews. Excellent location, just yards from the Old Course. Golfers paradise. Note; The cover photograph has been taken from just across the Street from our apartment at the entrance to the Hamilton Grand building. We do not have direct views of the Old course from any of our windows. The Open Championship will be held in St Andrews in 2027. Please note that we have no availability for the week of the Open.

The Annexe at Kirkmay Farmhouse, Crail.

The Annexe is a bright, two-bedroomed house attached to the main farmhouse. It is self-contained with it’s own parking and garden areas. The property has been completely re-wired, re-plumbed and re-decorated with new beds, kitchen and bathroom. This a convenient rental for guests attending an event in The Cow Shed at Sypsies Farm. We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
