In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.
