This quaint and cozy remodeled one bedroom apartment has all the amenities you to need chill out at the beach. A perfect weekend getaway where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful back patio, relax then take a short 7 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. There's an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, washer/dryer, and a sleep number mattress to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. There's also a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. The queen sofa bed sleeps 2 comfortably. No pets are allowed.

The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views any time of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults. New this season, a private bedroom with a queen bed.

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Located on the "North End" of Carolina Beach, you'll be steps away (0.1 miles) from public beach access (listen for the waves!), an 8 minute (0.4 miles) walk to Freeman Park, and a 4 minute drive (1.3 miles) to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. A convenient location on the island for a relaxing day by the ocean and all of the restaurants, nightlife, family activities that CB has to offer.
