Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.
