Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
