Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. A self-contained lower ground floor flat with a light and airy bedroom, bathroom and private entrance. Separate living space and kitchen. I do not provide breakfast but there is a toaster, kettle and a cooker in the kitchen. Several very good breakfast cafes in the next street. Supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk away. Situated in a conservation area in the heart of the historic market town of Faversham, just two minutes' walk from the railway station and all amenities.

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

Blind Cottage is a renovated, open plan, self contained annexe. It is wonderfully light, benefiting from large windows and French doors throughout. Relax in the wonderful roll top bath, curl up in the conservatory or enjoy a coffee on the patio which overlooks our wood. The perfect stepping stone to explore the Garden of England.

The Granary - Luxury conversion in beautiful Kent

The Granary is a 2 bedroom converted barn in the village of Eastling, located in the North Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is 4 miles from the pretty market town of Faversham and a 20min drive from Canterbury. It boasts very spacious self contained accommodation with two king size beds and two bathrooms.
