Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

Self-contained annex in Sittingbourne, perfect if you are visiting the area for work or leisure. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your own completely private place, with driveway parking and fast WiFi. The accommodation comprises a bedroom /lounge /working room, kitchen and bathroom. The annex, especially the bedroom, is very quiet and peaceful. Located conveniently for the motorway and also easy access to the town centre, train station, shops, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

Meet mini pigs, miniature donkeys, alpacas, sheep, pygmy goats, chickens & turkeys. There will be farmyard noises! Towels & bedding provided. WIFI. Power shower. Piano. 40" TV Central heating (seasonal) Parking for 2 cars. No smoking/vaping on site 5 minutes drive from Faversham medieval market town. Local walks & bird watching.

A cosy bed, a toilet, shower, clean towels and a thousand stars over you. Lay in bed turn off the lamps and start counting. Or if you just want to relax, bring a book or two and relax in front of the woodburner fire. There are bridleways and public footpaths on the doorstep, which are beautiful anytime of the year, being in the heart of the Garden of England. There are many National Trust/ English Heritage attractions in close proximity.

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

This unique stylish property is very close to junction 5 on the M2 with easy access to London. Plan your visits to Canterbury Cathedral, Leeds Castle, Whitstable, Rochester Castle and many other tourist attractions with ease from this central location. The Property is two miles from the closest shop and the nearest train station is Sittingbourne. The property is set amongst beautiful paddocks with horses in livery in the adjacent stables. There is ample secure parking and easy access.

The barn has off road parking, a superking size bed, open plan sitting room/kitchen a bathroom with shower.

There may be some noise during normal working hours (Mon–Fri, but evenings and weekends are generally quiet.
