Experience everything Boulder has to offer from this spacious private 1 bedroom guest suite (no shared spaces with the owner!) You will have your own private entrance, living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and wireless internet. Some child amenities available upon request. It’s a basement apartment with a family of 3 and a dog living upstairs. You may hear some noise from upstairs on occasion.
