A separate lower level (private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, tv, living room) is available at an extra $100/night. All pricing for this home is for 4 guests. Addt'l guest will be charged a fee of $50 pp pn up to 8 guests. I've spent the last decade designing the perfect retreat, a place to relax and unwind.
