Guest suite in Boulder

This fantastic location in South Boulder is close to hiking, dining, downtown & CU campus. Experience everything Boulder has to offer from this spacious private 1 bedroom guest suite (no shared spaces with the owner!) You will have your own private entrance, living room, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, and wireless internet. Some child amenities available upon request. It’s a basement apartment with a family of 3 and a dog living upstairs. You may hear some noise from upstairs on occasion.

Boulder/Twin Lakes with Great Light

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.

The Fox Den @ Pearl's Place, Sleeps 2

Cozy up this winter at the Fox Den. A private romantic suite awaits you. Complete with a separate entrance to your suite, kitchenette, living room area, gym, bedroom, bathroom and your own private patio and fire pit. It’s a mile from the charming town of Grand Lake, a 45minute drive to WP ski area and there are a number of cross country and snow shoe trails nearby. Come, stay a while, I'd love to host you. How Suite It Is-2 bedrooms

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. We welcome all ages, including infants (we even have a Pack and Play!) and all ethnicities. Also, we DO give refunds for cancelled flights!
