The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Bredfield Lodge is a wonderful getaway for those who want to unwind and relax but also have fun exploring the beautiful, bustling riverside market town of Woodbridge. (And don't forget the stunning coastal scenery.)The Lodge is a stylish, oak framed self contained, detached home. The lay out is open plan to maximise light and easy living, with access to a peaceful patio (perfect for a morning coffee or glass of wine). There’s fast wifi , Netflix, and a good little kitchen for self catering.

Kirby Cabin with hot tub (extra charge)

With most of the rooms fully decked out in wood, we have created a log cabin feel within one of our gardens; parking for one car. Main bedroom has king bed with en-suite and the second can have either two SMALL singles or a standard double with very limited space. Fully-equipped kitchen with dining table and four chairs and bathroom with good sized, powerful shower. Own private HotTub on request. £65 first night then £10/night - 16+ only. 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

Houses and Grounds of Partridge Lodge

Sleeping 22 guests across three house, with a two night minimum stays, excluding Peak Seasons (when were a minimum 5 night stay). The DairyHall comes with its unique entertaining space with table and seating for currently up to 22 guests in its Vaulted Hall or our beautiful grounds area's. We are in a stunnning rural location uniquely situated for special occasions running up to 12:30pm. Close by to the wonderful town of Woodbridge.

Private annex for two people with own entrance door leading to Private Double Bedroom, Private Kitchen/Dining Room and Private Bath/Shower Room. Situated in a quiet residential area with off road parking. 20 minutes walk to the pretty town center of Woodbridge with its individual shops, cinema, swimming pool and the beautiful River Deben. Woodbridge Train Station has a taxi rank, 5 minutes by Taxi or a 20 minute walk from us.
