Just a few miles from J13 of the M5, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty with access to open common land and ancient woodland, where mountains bikers, runners walkers and horse riders can all enjoy outdoor activities. The famous Cotswold Way runs close to the property.

Our space is a self contained studio with a bed, sofa, workspace and air con, light and airy it is the ideal base to explore the Stroud Valleys. N.B. THERE IS BUILDING WORK ON OUR HOUSE, THE ANNEXE IS A SEPARATE BUILDING BUT CLOSE TO OUR HOUSE. WORK WILL BE MON-FRI ONLY, BUT THERE WILL BE BUILDING MATERIALS AND MESS IN THE GARDEN. The interior of the annexe will be unaffected, but we have reduced the price to reflect the substandard exterior. Please only book if you understand this.

It features a handmade kitchen, flagstone floors, a rainfall shower, elm floorboards, a wood-burning stove, a comfortable bed, and a private terrace with far-reaching views across the valley.

Cosy Annex 10 mins walk from quirky Stroud

Our cosy self-contained Annex is only a 10 min walk from the train station and the quirky town centre of Stroud. It has its own entrance and enjoys a small private sunny courtyard. The internal space consists of a lovely new kitchen area with a small dining table and chairs and a lounge area with a sofa and wall mounted tv. From the lounge /diner there is welcoming double bedroom, leading into a small en-suite shower room and toilet. The space is perfect for 2 people/couple.

Charming 19th Century 1 bed cottage with outstanding views of the Golden Valley. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Spectacular walking right from the door up to Far Thrupp, Nether Lypiatt or across the valley to Rodborough Common. 5 minute walk to the Stroud Brewery Bar. Stroud is a half hours walk or 10 minute cycle, either along London Rd, or the beautiful canal towpath. It's 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, with a regular service to Stroud, Cirencester, etc.

Beautifully finished, right in the Centre of Stroud near all the wonderful things this Town has to offer. 3 mins walk to the centre, Sub Rooms, Farmers Market, cinema, shops and restaurants. 5 mins walk from the train station. Looking out over Park Gardens. Rear patio and free parking space.
