Lovely self contained country cottage located in the heart of the beautiful village of Newton Blossomville, just 15mins from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Cranfield University and a few miles from the historic market town of Olney. Luxury accommodation, recently refurbished to a very high standard. Enjoy a comfortable peaceful nights sleep in our King size bed and relax watching a movie on the latest 50” 4K HD curved Samsung TV, Blu-ray and fully loaded smart (high speed internet) TV.

The Old School House Annexe, Irchester

Beautifully refurbished internal annexe within what was the village school (1840). Sole use of annexe. Wifi, TV, DVD player, printer, well equipped kitchen inc washing machine, freezer. Irchester is a village three miles from both Rushden and Wellingborough. Pub, cafe, shop, a short walk, Country Park less than a mile. Easy reach of Northampton, Bedford and Milton Keynes. Guests have access to the owners’ garden. Please note we do NOT take dogs or young children.

Central location for Northampton, good for Brackmills (Barclaycard), excellent for Moulton Park (Nationwide). Close to Abington Park, good bus routes into town. Driveway parking available. Large bright and airy room in 1930ies semi-detached house. King bed, overlooks private garden filled with mature trees. Bathroom includes electric shower cubicle. Gas central heating, double glazed. The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

Phone box 16 in Olney. A cosy quirky place for two

Located in the pretty market town of Olney, home of the song “Amazing Grace”. Phone box 16 is a unique and stylish studio. The bedroom is usually a superking size bed but it could be made up as 2 single beds. Please let us know if you would like 2 single beds. Locally there is choice of restaurants, pubs and shops along with open countryside and walks and a country park with sailing, boardwalks, cafe and hides overlooking the lakes.

Rural retreat - cosy cottage for two

One of three Dovecote Self-Catering cottages situated around a shared courtyard. Located on an arable farm on the edge of Harrold, a pretty North Bedfordshire village. The most romantic of our cottages, it was converted from an old dovecote. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a glass door out onto a paddock. Upstairs is an ensuite master bedroom featuring a dramatic high ceiling with exposed beams.

Situated on the fringe of a picturesque North Bedfordshire village, Middle Cottage is perfect for a peaceful breakaway. Country strolls, a round of golf at award winning Pavenham Park Golf Club, or a drink at the local pub are all a stone's throw away. Ideally located for day-trips to London, Cambridge or Oxford, or just stay at home, enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside and snuggle up with a book in front of the wood burner.

Ideally located for a relaxing break the charming, self contained annexe is situated in a quiet rural Bedfordshire village. The annexe is suited to one or two people, and provides a great base to explore the local area with walks, cycling, golf and the River Great Ouse for paddle boarding, canoeing and open water swimming. Ideally situated for day trips to Cambridge, or London. Bedford mainline train station is 15 minutes away.

Weston Underwood - self-contained cottage annexe

This charming and characterful self-contained annexe is situated in the centre of Weston Underwood, one of the prettiest villages in North Bucks. Peaceful and quiet but within easy walking distance of a 17th Century pub serving real ales and pub food. The market town of Olney with its restaurants, bars, antique shops and supermarkets is 2 miles away. The annexe is in the garden of a Grade II Listed thatched cottage.
