Kitchenette comes with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and a selection of teas & coffee. Dining area overlooking the garden has room for two and doubles up as a workspace. Bathroom has a shower unit with hot water. Room comes with electric heaters & extra blankets. Full outdoor gym on site. Additional services (washing machine & full kitchen) are found in the house (shared space).

It’s a seven minute ride on the Underground from Heathrow airport to the Hayes & Harlington station and a 10 minute walk from the station to the flat. Hop on the Tube and it’s less than a 20 minute ride on the Elizabeth line to Paddington station with access to all of London. The flat features a key fob-only access, with an automatic locking system that ensures safety and privacy throughout your stay.

Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Extra bed charged at £35.00, this is a foldout armchair bed suitable for a children and small adults please note this is only a temporary bed. 24 hours notice required if this is needed.

The main house is a converted barn and the connected annex is in the garden. We do have 4 dogs who are ever friendly. Fine to have well behaved dogs to stay! Microwave, fridge, sink included. There is not a full kitchen. Large bathroom with separate shower & double bath. Please do ask any questions
