Our beautiful 3 bed cottage is traditional brick and flint. Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

The property also features off-street parking, a private, fully fenced garden, and convenient access to the dog-friendly beach, which is open year-round.

Little Redwings is the perfect location for couples wanting a coastal getaway. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brancaster Staithe, yet still within walking distance to the pubs, Coastliner bus stop, harbour, and many other popular coastal attractions. Having just been completely refurbished in January 2024, Little Redwings is designed to offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation in an open plan studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. East Wing is a lovely coastal cottage nestled in the popular village of Thornham with one or two views over Thornham's salt marshes & out to sea. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

The house is just 200m from the sea, Brancaster sailing club & North Norfolk Coast There are two fabulous family friendly pubs in the village, 'The Jolly Sailor ' 300m into the village and 'The White Horse'. beautiful Brancaster beach is only a mile to the west The house has great connections to the Norfolk coastal path, with it being a 1 min walk from the front door, choices for walking and wildlife spotting are endless.
