Situated in the quite village of Bransgore on the edge of the New Forest this cosy one bedroom annex is ideally located to explore the new forest and surrounding areas, As well as being fully equipped the property also has a private court yard garden fully fenced so it is dog friendly. The village has a good variety of shops and 3 pubs all within walking distance that all serve good food. The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

Self contained annexe in New Forest

The annexe has all you need for basic self catering with a comfortable double bedroom. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room. We're centrally located in the village, close to three pubs serving excellent food and shops selling all the basic necessities. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your arrival. Our village bakery offers lovely fresh bread and the well-stocked co-op is open until 10pm most days.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

The Little House- between the forest and the sea

'The Little House' is a newly converted detached garage situated just outside the convenient small town of New Milton, whilst being in easy reach of Barton on Sea and many other beautiful surrounding beaches. It is 10 minutes from the New Forest where ponies and cattle roam free and 15 minutes from Lymington town. Keyhaven and Christchurch are only a short drive away and easily accessable by bike.

Little Lantern

Little Lantern is a self contained annexe attached to our pretty cob cottage. It has its own entrance and sleeps two people in the Bedroom's double bed. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen and small sitting room with views over open fields. The cosy bedroom has a very comfortable brass bed and leads to a lovely shower room with wash basin and loo.
