A short walk to a pub, chinese restaurant, fish & chip shop, supermarket and a pharmacy. Close by is Fremington Quay and bike rental which sits on the famous Tarka Trail. Only a short drive away are the beaches of Westward Ho, Instow and Saunton Sands. The house boasts an enclosed private back garden with access to a personal gym, BBQ & outside eating area.
