The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

The Felloes, Burnham Thorpe - 2 bedroom bungalow

Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Burnham Thorpe, the place of Nelson's birth, the recently refurbished bungalow offers the perfect place to relax and explore the very best of the stunning North Norfolk Coast. It has a large garden and is just a minute's walk from the village pub, where Nelson used to drink. Burnham Market is a mile away and the beautiful beaches of Overy, Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are not much further. Any season, this can be your perfect Norfolk base.

The Old Stables

One of 2 two well-appointed single story converted barns with shared courtyard. Each has 2 good sized double bedrooms, shower room, open plan kitchen/lounge/dinner. We are situated 1/2 mile from Shipdham airfield, 8 miles from Watton, 7 miles from Dereham & 4 miles from the pretty market town of Hingham. There is ample parking including space for larger vehicles. We welcome well behaved dogs and and even your horse - please contact us to add your dog at an extra cost of £5 each per night.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

Our self-contained, well equipped Annexe is converted from cattle sheds & a horse engine room. It's light & spacious and adjoins the timber framed barn where we live. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .
