Rural Cottage in grounds of Grade II* Farmhouse

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The cottage provides comfortable accommodation perfect for a break away and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or take a train straight into the village from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m) Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We've released dates through to Autumn 25 with cosy 3/5/7 night break offers available over the Spring.

The duckhouse

Peaceful retreat on the edge of the nature reserve with a variety of hens ducks outside your window to wake up in the morning 😊 a self contained cabin with all the mod cons in a shabby chic style. Sleeps up to 4 with bathroom and kitchenette. Close to wedding venues, lovely walks, cycling routes, golf courses, easy routes Into London and lakeside shopping centre. Dog friendly with a secure garden, free parking. Animal lovers haven. Green 🦜 and geese flying above with peacocks in the grounds.

This spacious Victorian cottage is a great base to explore the coast , walk, birdwatch or paddleboard. Situated in the traditional fishing village of Tollesbury the cottage has a lovely dining area, fully stocked kitchen, two large bedrooms and garden. We’re a 5 minute walk from the water and access to miles of coastal seawall walks and nature reserves looking over the river Blackwater. Tollesbury is a popular place in summer with a saltwater swimming lido and many water based activities.

Entire Artistic Open-Apartment by trains/airport

A great little get away in a beautiful Victorian home. The studio has a private entrance from your own south facing balcony overlooking trees and the artistic apartment overlooks the garden with far sea view. Close to Anglia and C2C stations from London with convenient bus and airport links. Full fibre wi-fi. TV with Netflix as well as fridge, microwave, toaster + kettle for light snacks. The spacious bathrooms have bathtub and shower. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and self check in.

Romantic countryside hideaway

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Log Cabin Getaway

Log Cabin getaway with hot tub and fire pit! Come and stay in a countryside log cabin, with your own private hot tub and fire pit. Inside is heated by a cosy log burner for an authentic feel too. Perfect location for countryside walks, but also close enough to walk into the local town. The beach is also only a short drive away, so the location fits the bill for all! *Onsite indoor swimming pool and games room/cinema room available for hire, please message for further details*

At Rohannah Holidays at Parkdean, East Mersea Island, we offer the perfect escape for families, couples, and nature lovers alike.
