The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Please note: 7-day minimum during summer season and 30-day minimum during off-season (winter) due to new city ordinance! Beach badges are not included but are MANDATORY whether or not you use our beach . These are the communities rules! Badges are NOT NEEDED before June 11th and after Labor Day. I will be requesting the money two days before check in so I can purchase them for you. Daily wristbands are 20.00 each and can be purchased at the beach from the badge checkers. 8 weekly badges are 175.00
