Balnabea

Balnabea is just a short drive to Glenshee Ski Centre and is a great base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking and biking as well as visiting the local castles and distilleries. The house enjoys a secluded rural location in a small village but the pretty Highland Perthshire towns of Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are just a short drive away. The house features a sauna, large drying room and a spacious garden so it a great place for families or groups of friends, and dogs are welcome too!

There are challenging cycling routes and wonderful woodland walks close by, as well as some notable Munros to the north, including Ben Lawers. Hillbank Coach House - Ideal Town Centre Location

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

The Bridge House, Unique 2 bedroom home on bridge!

If your looking for something a little different then The Bridge House might be just for you! My unusual 2 bedroom home was built on a bridge spanning the River Ardle in 1881. Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, stone/pine flooring and even a privy directly over the river below! Recently renovated. Balintore Castle Kitchen Wing

The kitchen wing flat at Balintore Castle (1860) was restored in 2019 and has proven very popular. Full self-catering facilities are available. Kirkmichael Apartments - Strath Ardle

Kirkmichael Apartments comprise 4 self-contained holiday apartments in a historic building converted from a traditional coaching inn. The Strath Ardle is a second-floor apartment overlooking the lovely village and river. The large bright lounge has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom, a box room with single bed (suitable for a child) and a shower room. Access to the back garden is just outside the apartment door.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
