The Studio

Located in Salisbury, a pretty, private guest house in lovely garden setting. Own entrance at the side of the house. Enjoy a six minute walk into town, shabby chic interior, quiet area with tea, coffee and biscuits. **Please note that check-in is from 5:30pm Monday to Friday not 5:00pm as stated. **Please know that we are a NON-SMOKING space, no smoking inside the studio or out in the garden. Please be aware that there is NO parking at the Studio, but there are parking options nearby.

House-Ensuite with Shower

A large seven En-Suite bedroom house on an old dairy farm very close to Salisbury yet in the middle of the countryside. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor so suitable for those with mobility difficulties. The house has a large lounge, a large kitchen and a large dining table. Three of the bedrooms have a double and a single beds in them and four of the rooms have a double bed. We allow up to two dogs (of responsible owners) to stay and charge an additional 30 GBP per dog per night.

The Tiny House

Our gorgeous converted Tiny House offers you a cosy and comfortable getaway in one of the most scenic and historic corners of rural Wiltshire, just a couple of miles outside Salisbury. The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.

Modern, spacious, dog friendly, detached home in a quiet residential area overlooking meadows. Well presented and equipped for a comfortable, relaxing break. The Carriage House

The Carriage house is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

Welcome to ‘Robin's Perch’, a 3-roomed suite conveniently located in the city centre.
