The Barn is a grade 2 listed, detached thatched Barn. A fine balance of the old and new. Converted to a modern, 21st Century dwelling, it is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The very well equipped kitchen has everything you'll need. The extending dining table seats 8. The bedroom has exposed beams, a reclaimed pine floor, ash staircase and by all accounts nice, comfy beds. fast wifi is included. The small private garden is just for you. The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

FLINT SHED near Norwich, The Norfolk Broads

The Flint Shed is a unique private, eclectic space for 2 with super king sized bed, double ended free standing bath, rain shower and his and hers sinks as well as courtyard set in the grounds of a handsome Georgian house. Fully equipped Kitchen Diner, separate Lounge area and Netflix & Sky and board games. Located in the Norfolk Broads village of Stumpshaw with 2 pubs within 5 mins walk & close to Norwich. Perfectly positioned for the city, countryside & beaches. Private entrance and parking.

Idyllic Norfolk Broads Retreat.

Part of a picturesque barn and stable complex with bedroom/living room, en-suite, lobby, kitchenette and direct access to pretty shared courtyard garden with exotic plants and water feature. Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

Howard’s End

Howard’s End is a self contained single storey annexe with ample parking. It adjoins my home which was originally an Edwardian wheat store. Perfect for couples , a travel cot is available for a small child. 8 miles east of the beautiful historic city of Norwich with easy access to the famous Norfolk-broads as well as the lovely beaches of the East and North Norfolk coasts. A wonderful area for sailing , canoeing ,walking and bird watching. Two coarse/carp fishing lakes within walking distance.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Crossing Retreat - Beautiful barn with pool table

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

Stunning appartment as part of barn conversion in quiet, rural location, just 2 miles from the sea with a village pub within easy walking distance. Very comfortably furnished with under-floor heating, large shower, kitchen/living room, free wifi & off-road parking. Lovely countryside walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and 2 awarding winning pubs/restaurants less than 3.5 miles away. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.

The Barn at The Old Ale House, pet friendly.

The Barn at The Old Ale House is completely separate from the main house, newly converted to accommodate just two people, with a mezzanine bedroom, open plan kitchen sitting room, and a modern shower room. The Barn has underfloor heating throughout, and private parking to the front along with a small private garden. Lyng is situated in the Wensum Valley close to a host of amenities riding stables,golf, fishing, the coast is within easy reach as is Norwich Dereham and Fakenham.

Welcome to Thatch Cottage; once home to 17th century Norfolk farm labourers and now a luxurious holiday hideaway. This beautiful detached house in the heart of the Broads National Park provides luxurious self-catering accommodation in an idyllic hamlet. The two-bathroom, two-bedroom configuration sleeps up to four people. Thatch Cottage offers all the modern essentials and has been immaculately modernised and renovated while still retaining its traditional rural charm.

The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A network of footpaths are on the doorstep. Go out walking & visit the local independent garden centres, farm shops or cafes. The beaches of Sea Palling, Norfolk & Southwold, Suffolk are 25 miles and the Norfolk Broads are as little as 5 miles away. The Wheel of Fortune is a thatched village pub & is only a 5 minute walk away.
