The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. Our four luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years! One hut onsite allows dogs!

The hut has plenty of walks so why not go down to the river or pop to the gastro pub for food or the beach which is less than 11 miles away. Norfolk boards is only a mile way. As darkness falls, it’s time to toast marshmallows on the fire pit with fairy light all around before snuggling up in the king size bed or in the woodfired hot.

The cottage also benefits from a Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage.

Poolside Lodges Norwich: Palm View Private Hot Tub

Poolside Lodges is an independent, family‑run site with three hot tub lodges and a seasonal pool (May–Sept). Palm View sleeps 2 with open‑plan living, a double bedroom, shower room and a secluded patio with an all‑year private hot tub. Clean, comfortable and great value with no hidden fees, plus the personal touches and local guidance only a family‑run stay can offer. Shared pool is available on bookings from May - end September.

Porky Hootons Pavilion is set deep within the North Norfolk countryside boasting a rustic charm within an idyllic setting, offering a cosy quirky feel. Rural walks are in abundance. Historic market towns are close by offering pubs, restaurants and shops. We offer a minimum 2 nights stay . Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owners who will show you around and give you general information on the area.
