Just a few hundred yards from the Common where guests can enjoy watching the boats or indulge in a pub lunch. Coltishall boasts parks, takeaways, chemist, cafes, beauty salons, hairdressers, convenience store, petrol station and gallery. The award winning gastro pub, The Recruiting Sergeant, is located in the adjoining village of Horstead.

This peaceful hideaway was once the home of the Marshman who tended to the cattle grazing on the marshes. Perfect for walkers, Birdwatchers and nature lovers and those who love walking their dogs.
