Minutes from the coast, with direct access to miles of walks and cycle routes in The New Forest, Mallards is a charming one bedroom detached cob cottage set in the large garden of our family home. An ideal place to unwind and relax, it is set away from from the rest of the property so guests can enjoy their privacy, but hosts are close by to help if needed. Clean and very comfortable the cottage is full of charm with a private patio area with views over the garden and open countryside beyond.

It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Ryans Cabin

A unique attractive open plan Cabin for guests looking for a relaxing get away to the beautiful New Forest. The Cabin is located in the grounds of Ryans Cottage, in the middle of Bramshaw. The surroundings offer natural woods and trails, where you will have endless walks and cycle rides throughout some of England's most stunning countryside. A wonderful habitat for birds, deer, ponies and donkeys. There are many local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops for those valuable lunches and evening meals.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. On the site of what was the Ritz Carlton of catteries in The New Forest we have created a luxury cabin for you to curl up in front of the log burner and to use a base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The L'il Cat House is a 20 minute drive from the beautiful beach of Lepe, that faces The Isle Of Wight; 5 minutes from Peppa Pig World (Paultons Park). In the grounds behind the owners’ house, the cabin is secluded & discreet, but with your friendly hosts close at hand if needed.

Brockenhurst has great cycling routes and woodland walks. Both have bike hire shops. Beaulieu has riverside walks, motor museum, palace & quaint village shops.

The Old Dairy on the River Hamble

Located 400m from the River Hamble in the small coastal village of Warsash in Hampshire. Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College or wanting to enjoy a relaxing time near the water. Primrose Cottage- The Barn New Forest

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the heart of the New Forest. Walk out of the gate into a beautiful oasis of breathtaking scenery where the animals roam free . Great for walkers and photographers etc I can do silk painting experience if you would like too. Also can teach machine embroidery - see pictures at the end for ideas - it is very simple to do I promise. I charge 20.00 for a session which includes materials

The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pilley is a self contained unit comprising of a bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen/diner and a lounge. It is in the grounds of Cherrytree cottage with access to the large bottom half of the garden including use of the summerhouse and loungers. The Lodge has a designated parking spot off road within the grounds of Cherrytree cottage.

The Studio at Trees

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.
