This is a perfect place for those who love to get away from busy life and those who enjoy a walk in the woods and fields - but with a village close by for essentials. Beautiful garden to relax in. We have a spectacular rhododendrons display in April-May. To enjoy. Strictly NO gatherings or parties allowed.

Apple Tree Cottage @ Upper Wood End Farm

Apple Tree is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Double sofa bed for additional adult or 2 children. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

Secure gated detached annex sleeps 1-4. With a spacious fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table. Separate areas for relaxing and sleeping with TVs in both. Fibre broadband and a workspace with garden view. On-site free parking for multiple vehicles (incl vans). Beautiful semi-rural location just outside of Bedford near Cranfield University and Milton Keynes with a direct bus route to all. The property also boasts a charming shared garden area with views to horse paddocks.

Spacious two-bed apartment annexed to main house on the high street in Woburn, Bedfordshire with it's own private entrance. Ideally located for Woburn Safari Park, Deer Park, Lido, Village Hall and Green, St Mary's Church, The High Street and more. Two comfortable king sized beds, one with en-suite, both rooms with large wardrobes. TV with Sky, desk in bedroom two and wifi available throughout. Full sized kitchen incl. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, hob, oven and microwave grill.

Well Cottage

Well Cottage was created in 2017 from the former wash-house and bakery for Townsend Farm, dating from 1858. It is fronted by an authentic pebble courtyard and stands, together with the farmhouse, in a romantic English country garden. The cottage is warm, comfortable and refurbished to a high standard. The view to the rear is across cultivated farmland. The garden opens to the public under the National Garden Scheme on specific dates to raise money for nursing and health charities.

A small But perfectly formed little home It’s situated in a small wooded area , The little home has a lovely kitchen with a Dishwasher, washing machine fridge and all amenities needed for daily life . The Bathroom has been designed as wet room light and airy The Bedroom has a lovely Kingsize bed with hanging space for clothes The little home has plenty of space for four People the lounge ,doubles up as another bedroom ,as the sofa becomes a sofa bed Which is really comfortable

We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.
