Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The mezzanine double bedroom overlooks the living area. Outside is private use of the sunny patio and garden, a perfect rural retreat.

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
