A warm welcome to our lovely one bedroom cabin nestled in the heart of the charming village of Corby Glen. A stones throw from two pubs serving exceptional food, two coffee shops and a Nisa. Take outs are also available. The cabin has one homely cozy bedroom, ample storage and an en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Centrally located at the heart of rural Lincolnshire, and only a 12 mile drive from The city of Lincoln. The Granary is a beautifully converted Lincolnshire barn, bursting with character and the perfect location from which to explore this historic county. Situated on the very edge of the rural village of Digby, the Granary forms one side of the original yard and stables.

Little Oaks at Hillview

Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!

The Lambing Shed

Our property is nestled in a small hamlet in the Lincolnshire countryside. The Lambing Shed forms part of our own home but you will have your own separate entrance. The accommodation consists of a double room with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, as well as a sitting room with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You have your own patio with furniture and also access to a shared garden with more seating areas for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this part of Lincolnshire.

The Writer's Studio

Built as a writer's retreat, the Writer's Studio, sits in the grounds of a Georgian townhouse, in the heart of a traditional English village. A pub around the corner, village shop a few doors away and rolling countryside for walks are all you need for a relaxed break. 35 minutes from historic cathedral city of Lincoln and rail links to London, York & Edinburgh make it an ideal base for visitors to explore some of the best of the UK’s towns, cities and sights.

Lovely cottage in outstanding rural location.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Set in the thriving village of Corby Glen and very close to Irnham, The Nest is located in a picturesque corner of the village with private access and is a detached building with it's own private courtyard. The boutique room is full of all the facilities you will need whilst giving you privacy and beautiful views of the countryside. Irnham Hall is just down the road from The Nest so it is ideally suited as wedding accommodation for guests.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Spacious 2 bed barn conversion in Rutland

This 19th century converted barn offers spacious and cosy accomodation and is situated next to the renowned award winning Olive Branch restaurant and is a quick 15 minute drive to central Stamford and Burghley House. Church Barn is a 6 minute drive to the sublime wedding venue of Holywell Hall. Church Barn is an old building with imperfections to be expected. Pets by prior agreement

The accommodation consists of a separate annexe with a spacious attic sleeping area including a King size bed with refreshments tray, 2 comfy chairs and a television. There is also a dining table and chairs for 2, a microwave and a small fridge. Leading down an oak staircase to the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
