The Barn is set in the courtyard of our 15th century House and within the backdrop of Bourne Abbey Church built in 1134. Stylish interior and lighting allows you to embrace the privacy and tranquility of the Barn and its unique character. White Company Egyptian Linen and towels, and luxury bath products ensure you can relax and wind down at the end of the day. The Old Coach House is set within the grounds of Down Hall, which dates back to 1725. It has recently been totally refurbished (2024) to provide a stylish, detached holiday retreat. The cottage sits in a beautiful rural setting on the outskirts of the pretty village of Rippingale. It is a 5 minutes drive to the market town of Bourne and 25 minutes from the stunning Georgian town of Stamford. It is also an ideal base to see the rest of the UK, being situated in the heart of England.

The Lambing Shed

Our property is nestled in a small hamlet in the Lincolnshire countryside. The Lambing Shed forms part of our own home but you will have your own separate entrance. The accommodation consists of a double room with an en-suite with a walk-in shower, as well as a sitting room with a fully-equipped kitchenette. You have your own patio with furniture and also access to a shared garden with more seating areas for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of this part of Lincolnshire.
