Unique, romantic luxury countryside retreat

Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious ancient dovecote in a gorgeous peaceful countryside setting, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Private heated swimming pool available in summer. Upstairs there is a luxurious super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV and downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Lovely walks from the door and close to Salisbury, Longleat, Stonehenge and Bath

The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

One bedroom self- catering house , with parking. The kitchen is fitted with oven ,microwave fridge /freezer, dishwasher.Tea,coffee ,sugar,salt pepper oil provided. Fully central heated There is a very comfy double Hypnos bed with crisp white linen and fluffy towel. The wet room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. A newly built, light and airy detached en-suite room above a double garage, with its own private entrance, in the grounds of our period thatched cottage. In a charming village, and our own one acre mature garden, the room has its own private elevated deck with a table and chairs. There is also access to the garden and other seating areas and summer house. There is a super delicatessen close by. There are 2 pubs approx 10 min walk, and another in next village about 2 miles away.

Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .
