Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. In this small Rancho Guest Cottage (approx 500 sqft), you can hear the garden waterfall from the bedroom or lay out taking in the sun near your private pool/jacuzzi. The house features an open-concept design with a separate small bedroom, magnificent patio through the French doors of the living room, giving into the pool/jacuzzi.

Tree House Hollywood Hills

Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.
