Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

Little Summer is a beautifully decorated and furnished detached annexe at the edge of the village at the end of peaceful no-through track, with a South facing balcony offering stunning views. The property has recently been converted to a high standard and has a separate fully fitted kitchen. Perfect as a country escape, wedding crash pad or base for exploring the fabulous pubs, walks and culture in the area. Countless miles of sensational footpaths can be enjoyed right from the doorstep.

Situated in a peaceful area of Wilton, the interior is pretty and cosy, you can also enjoy the garden which overlooks the river. The house is convenient for the town centre which has great cafes, independent shops, a bakers, convenience stores, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. There is also access to the countryside surrounding the town. Wilton is well sited for access to Salisbury, Stonehenge, Bath, The New Forest, The Jurassic Coast and the surrounding areas.

Cosy self-contained Garden Annexe

Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.

It is the perfect base for visiting all that Salisbury and the surrounding area has to offer. Large, scenic windows give plenty of light and views to a long garden, with woodland and river beyond. With your own front door you will be able to come and go as you wish. We have plenty of secure, gated off road parking for car and cycles.

Perfect for couples seeking total relaxation. We cannot accommodate infants or children. Snuggle up in front of the Swedish log burner and sleep in a super king size bed with luxurious bed linen. Perfect base for Stonehenge, Salisbury, New Forest, Bath and Dorset beaches - in easy driving distance.

Clean quiet small annexe en suite and free parking

I provide this small annexe ,purpose built, at the side of my house with its own private entrance, parking outside. It provides a double bed in clean bedroom with TV .There is an en suite bathroom with shower , basin and toilet . Towel provided. There is a small lobby / storage area with microwave, small fridge , toaster and Kettle . I provide cereal , bread , butter , marmalade , marmite , tea , coffee , hot chocolate , peppermint tea and oat milk .

It has a stunning entrance hall, huge open plan kitchen and a utility room. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite. There is fantastic walking around, lovely pubs and great places nearby to visit including Salisbury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari park, many historical sites and beaches within the hour.
