The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Tranquil private stables in heart of the forest

As you travel past paddocks and down our driveway, you will immediately be aware of the peaceful, rural retreat you have chosen. You will arrive at your home for your stay, with its racing-green painted original stable doors and wood-stained panelling and you will know you are in safe hands. Our stables are finished to a high standard so that you have a fantastic 'home away from home' in the heart of the new forest. A perfect base to explore local attractions from Beaulieu to Bournemouth.

The Stables, The New Forest

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.

Cosy Forest Cottage Escape in Calm Natural Setting

Escape to this beautifully renovated, New Forest cottage. This cosy woodland retreat is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a peaceful countryside getaway in the New Forest. Set within tranquil ancient woodland, yet is just a short walk from the charming village of Burley and pubs. Ideally located for exploring the New Forest, with scenic walking trails and cycling routes. New Forest ponies often wander past the front gate, adding to the unique countryside experience.

Charming 16th century cottage in rural setting

Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.

The Barn is a delightful studio barn conversion, situated next to our family home in the beautiful village of Burley, New Forest. The Barn features an open plan living, kitchen and sleeping area with a log burning stove, with its own private entrance and small outside area with space for a BBQ. It is a truly fantastic base for you to enjoy what the national park has to offer; including walking, bike riding, horse riding, or exploring the beaches of the south coast.

Cottage Hideaway | Direct Access to New Forest

A haven in the New Forest close to Burley village with its amenities and pubs. Cottage is on the estate of a Country House accessible via a scenic forest track. Immerse yourself in the nature of the surrounding forest. Deer and horses pass the front gates. There is outdoor seating, a fire pit and an alfresco dining area and BBQ within its secluded garden. Perfect for a leisurely evening. Enjoy the panoramic views from an adjacent field ideal for family picnics.

Nestled on the edge of an ancient wood in South Downs National Park and with fantastic views over Ladyhill Vineyard and the Hampshire countryside The Glade has a cosy A-Frame to grab a good night sleep, a separate shower room with flushable loo to keep you fresh and a kitchen equip-for-easy glamping. Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

The Burrow with outdoor bath

Enjoy this lovely setting for a romantic spot in nature. This is the second hut to be built at the Hideaway huts and boasts luxury and quirkiness under one roof. The outdoor undercover area is an extension of the indoor space, with a patio heater, bath, and a comfortable sofa to relax on - this hut is the perfect place for unwinding from day to day life. Dressing gowns and slippers are provided, the hut itself is strictly a no shoe zone.
