Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

The Rookery offers a peaceful, air conditioned, comfortable stay in a tiny village with a pub, surrounded by natural beauty, fresh air & wildlife. Enjoy walking, cycling, historic churches & the Romney Hythe Dymchurch steam railway. Lympne Safari Park & sandy beaches are a mile away. 20 minutes away from the Channel Tunnel & 35 minutes from the ferries. Close to Margate (Turner Museum) Canterbury Cathedral & Fokestone, historic Hastings and many other attractions, including Kentish vineyards.

Palmbeach place

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. A one bedroom annexe on the outskirts of hythe. Bus routes on the doorstep taking you to all local attractions. One bedroom with super king bed, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with 50 inch tv and sofa bed. Lovely shower room off of hallway. Sunny conservatory, leading to private small garden. Garden has seating on patio with grassed area to back. Private entrance through garden and parking on the drive. Next door to family home with dogs

The Honey Barn

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the beautiful Kent countryside off of a country lane overlooking fields with stunning views towards the village of Mersham. Relax and enjoy countryside walks, where you can spot the local farm animals, sheep and lambs in the spring, and the gentle trot of horses along the lane from the nearby stables. Although the honey barn is set in the countryside, you are never far away from local stores and the local pub is a 10-15 minute walk.

Seaside House, Hythe Luxury 6 bedroom (4 ensuite)

Luxurious spacious house with 6 bedrooms (4 en-suite) and sleeps 14, 2 lounge areas, hot tub, huge kitchen, office/bed 5 perfect for Zoom meetings, large garden. Sea view from upstairs bedrooms, backing onto canal and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Fully air-conditioned and 1 Gig Wifi. Parking for up to 8 cars and 2 bay car port. Great location for beach,canal and local activities. Electric Car charge (additional charges apply) Even features piano used by Adele in the hallway !

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

This stunning, renovated Victorian Farm, red brick barn is nestled on the idyllic Romney Marsh Ridge. The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusborne and Chapel Down.

Highfields lodge

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Lodge is a perfect peaceful retreat full of idilic countryside, wild untouched landscape views with nature surrounding the area. Ideal for a romantic getaway or small family holiday.

Cosy 2 bedroom bungalow, 5 min drive to the sea

Delightful 2 bedroom bungalow + sofa bed in lounge, with front & back garden, decking area, summer house, gas BBQ, private parking, and disabled access. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a shower with a handrail, and shower stool. There is plenty to do in the local area with the Royal Military Canal, Port Lympne zoo, Folkestone Harbour Arm, and the beaches of Hythe and Dymchurch all close by.
