Relax with the whole family at this peaceful & child friendly place. Well presented holiday home with exclusive use of home and private garden / patio area. A short walk to award winning Avon beach, Saltwater Sauna & Mudeford Harbour. New forest close also. ideal for a family of four, with one double bed with ensuite and premier metal action sofa bed easily made up located in the living room. Bars and restaurants are all within a short stroll. Explore / relax in this bright comfortable annexe.

Countryside Annexe

Countryside annexe located in the New Forest and only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and Salisbury are also within easy reach, so great for exploring. We live on a popular cycle route (2). The accommodation comprises of either a double bed upstairs or double sofa bed downstairs. There is a shower room, lounge area, kitchenette equipped with kettle, toaster, hob, microwave and mini oven with grill. We are also close to several wedding venues.

Secluded Garden Lodge with Private Hot Tub

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

Gorgeous retreat on River Avon, overlooking world famous Royalty Fisheries, just a 5 min walk from train station, with parking. This stunning Lodge is the perfect getaway, having the benefit of peaceful river views, whilst in the centre of historic Christchurch. Watch the sunrise from bed, then (with a day pass) you can fish or just sit on the large covered verandah or open deck area, watch the wildlife and then walk into town to shop/eat/drink in 5 mins. Close to beaches AND the New Forest.

Backing onto Mudeford Wood and park, that includes a large kids play area, football pitch and tennis courts. With endless beautiful beach walks, this property is perfect for a relaxing stay with the family and Dog. Smart Tv's throughout with a 55 inch in the lounge. Multiple pubs and restaurants within walking distance and a 5 minutes drive to Christchurch town. Private hot tub for two incl.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dog too, there are fields for them to run around in.

Ideally placed for access to Avon Beach and the harbour in Mudeford, or to Mudeford Spit beach and Hengistbury Head. Also across Stanpit Marsh SSSI and Nature reserve (2 minutes) or into the historic Priory town of Christchurch: 5 minutes by car or 15 minute walk. The New Forest (Lymington, Beaulieu, Brockenhurst) is close by. Bournemouth too.

A few minutes walk to Christchurch centre, main tourist attractions and train station. Beaches approx 5 minute drive away (or 45 min walk). Private south facing garden, good for catching the sun & relaxing. A double bedroom and a single bedroom can accommodate up to 3 adults , travel cot available for another 4th infant guest.
