Bonito apartamento, muy confortable, completamente equipado y consta de salón, comedor, con terraza de 20 m2 con zona de comer para 6 comensales y zona de estar. Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños con ducha, cocina y habitación de lavado. Con pequeños electrodomésticos (batidora, exprimidor, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, calentador de agua), microondas, lavadora, secadora, plancha, aspirador, dos secadores de pelo, aire acondicionado, calefacción, WiFi. Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

In unserem tollen Strandhaus läßt es sich herrlich am Pool chillen, an den Strand gehen und ein leckeres Barbecue genießen. Abends kann man schön auf der großen Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Unser Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet. Tagsüber, wenn es heiß ist, kann man auf der vorderen Terrasse (im Schatten) aufs Meer gucken oder hinten auf der anderen Terrasse in der Sonne am Pool liegen. So gibt es immer für jeden ein schattiges oder sonniges Plätzchen.
