Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Mayfayre - 2 Bed Cottage Beside the Beach

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. This modern house is beautifully furnished in a vintage contemporary style and offers all home comforts including a wood burner (gas fired). With 2 spacious double/twin bedrooms (one en suite) and a cosy bunk bedroom, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy this lovely part of the world. As well as one of the best beaches in the UK on your doorstep, the stunning town of Rye is a short drive away.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Barefoot Beach House

Awesome weather boarded beach house on the stunning sandy beach at Camber, East Sussex, under 2 hours from London. Enjoy barefoot beach living in a gorgeous house where the beach is your front garden. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at £35 per dog per stay. Dogs have free run of the entire beach from October to May. Between May and September you will need to walk 50 metres along from the house to reach the dog friendly section of beach.
