Beautiful Boutique Guest Studio in Surrey
Embrace the soothing tranquility of this private unit. The home features an open-concept layout, plank wood flooring, tasteful furnishings and decor, subtle hues, and a patio area with an outdoor dining space that is home to some rather friendly ducks and petite chickens. The space is approx 30m2 and had been renovated to a high spec in September 2017. There is a good size kitchen, bathroom with a large shower, a double bed and a living area with hanging space and shelves. There is plenty of space to store your clothes while you stay. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom for laundry. The flat has its own private front door and patio area. There is also underfloor heating in all areas of the flat. In the kitchen, there is an induction hob, a self cleaning oven, a built in microwave combination oven for those who want to cook a fabulous meal. The fridge/freezer is integrated and there is also an integrated dishwasher. There is a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. If you are lucky there may be a fresh home cooked loaf of bread waiting for you. If the chickens or ducks are being kind in the Summer there may also be some fresh eggs. In the bathroom, there is a large shower, with a rain shower above and water jets. The water is softened. There is a washer/dryer in the corner of the bathroom and above some fresh large fluffy towels. There is a large wall to wall mirror above the large sink with good lighting to do your make up or have a shave (shaver socket on wall). There is a double bed with small bedside cabinets either side. The mattress is good quality and extremely comfortable. The bedding is freshly washed and ironed. In the lounge area, there is a sofa and footstool with a smart television and of course free fast wifi. There is underfloor heating throughout and there is a room thermostat if you wish to change the temperature to your comfort. Please note we can only accept guests that have their own Airbnb profiles, please be mindful of using other peoples profiles. It ensures safety and security for everyone.. There is ample parking on the front drive. Please park in front of the garage doors as this is closest to the flat. We live in the main house that is attached to the studio flat. We are often around to help answer any questions. The property is located on a quiet residential road in Mayford village between Woking and Guildford. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. Mayford is a small village between the the city centres of Woking and Guildford. The quickest and easiest method of travel is by car. There is a bus stop only a mins walk away that takes you to Woking or Guildford. There is a mainline train station - Worplesdon approx 10 mins walk that takes you to London Waterloo, Woking and Guildford. The studio flat is attached to the main house, you may hear some general house noise from the main house. The property is located on a quiet tree lined residential road in Mayford village between Woking and Guildford. The mainline train station is about an 8 minute walk, with connections to Guildford, Woking, and London Waterloo. The ideal transport would be to have your own car to drive to around the local areas. There are fabulous local pubs in walking distance that serves food all day, a local garden centre and a pretty walk to the River Wey, grab a picnic and enjoy the wildlife.

Peaceful stay in Frimley village
Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to our family garden. 3 mins walk to Little Waitrose supermarket (open 24h), or KFC 5 mins walk to Harvester pub 7 mins walk to Leisure Centre (swimming pool, gym, spa, racket sports) 15 mins walk/5 mins drive to train station/central Bracknell

Lakehouse in Pirbright,Surrey
A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

Our apartment has been refurbished and has a clean, fresh interior with all the mod cons. It offers 2 or 3 beds, and a sofa bed sleeping up to 5 people. Please read the reviews. There is a generous living space, divided into a dining/living room, with a sofa bed, in addition to the main sofa. Easy walking distance to town. Camberley railway station gives access to Ascot (2 stops) and onwards to London/Reading Farnborough Main station offers fast service to London

It has a character typical of its period and offers a warm and inviting clean space whilst retaining a homely atmosphere. There are a number of local parks within walking distance and a small high street at the end of the road which has a number of restaurants, takeaways and pubs.

Ascot is approx 10 mins away by car. Bagshot Station is a 10 minute walk away

Self-Contained, Large, light and airy Studio in a quiet residential area with own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Parking. 5-8 min walk to bus stop which is on direct route to Reading Train Station and Town Centre. Local shops and pub 15 min walk. Henley town centre is 6.5 miles away and via bus, (bus stop is 5 minute walk from studio) takes 20-25mins.

Woodland Hideaway
The hideaway is comfortable, well-equipped lodge built at the bottom of our garden. It has been positioned so that all the windows and doors look onto your own section of garden or into the woods to ensure guests have absolute privacy and sense that they are surrounded by nature.
