While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Southport has something for eveyone!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

The Historic Backdoor Cottage in Southport, NC

The charming Backdoor Cottage is located in the Historic District of Southport, NC. It's named the Backdoor Cottage because you park and enter through the backdoor into the living space. It is within walking distance of the whole Historic District including the waterfront, restaurants, shops, churches and art galleries. Much of the art work in the cottage was done by local artists. Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. This unit is downstairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, a dedicated work space, and shared laundry room in the back of the home. It has a private entrance from the front door. Come stay with us for a short stay or extended stay!

115 Cozy Cottage

Cottage is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, screened porch and deck for grilling. Linens are provided with washer/dryer in home. Each bedroom has attached private bath for privacy. Beach is 10 minute walk over the nature bridge behind the Rec center. If you want to drive to beach- .5 miles to 40th street public access. This property is perfect for a small family or 2 couples to share. NO PETS. NO SMOKING PLEASE
