River Island Adventures is an outdoor adventure resort located on the Waccamaw River just 7 miles from the ocean in North Myrtle Beach, SC. We offer a variety of activities (kayaking, pontoon tours, Survivor-style challenges, etc) in addition to our camping options (glamping tents, wooded tent sites & treehouses on a private island). FREE KAYAKING between 10 am - 5 pm is included in your Glamping Tent reservation. LATE SUNDAY CHECKOUT (5 pm) is included in your Glamping Tent reservation.

S Raleigh - Queen bed tent

Queen inflatable bed in nature. There's a shower, and, a bathroom outside, but you're welcome to use the indoor ones. This is an overnight listing only, with a check in after 8 pm, and check out by 11 am. Daytime can be purchased separately, while communicated, and prepaid. Full daytime is $12. Pets are accepted on a leash, with prepayment of $12/day per pet. Extra guest is $15/n, plus any daytime, if needed, has to be prepaid. Pool & trampoline are not for guests use at the time.

We are avid travelers that have spent entire months @ a time adventuring cross-country with only our car & a tent so we understand the need for a landing space for overnight stays. Discover the tranquil nature & landscape that surrounds this quiet little gem. While overlooking the Whiskey Creek off the intercostal waterway, this property is nestled conveniently off of Masonboro Loop Road-right @ the middle of town yet away from the hustle & bustle. You must bring your own tent.

This is peaceful, primitive camping on 43 private acres surrounded by nature. The land is filled with wildlife like deer and wild turkey, and offers a beautiful mix of open fields and wooded areas that make it feel both spacious and secluded. With river access on the property and no crowds or campground noise, it’s an ideal spot for campers looking to unplug, enjoy quiet mornings and evenings, and experience nature in a simple, authentic way. There are no bathrooms and showers.

Situated just 1.9 miles from Holden Beach, North Carolina, this large 14-foot by 16-foot deluxe canvas wall tent offers accommodations for up to four people. Cooler on site. There is a beautiful queen-size bed, and two cots available if needed. Linens not included. The bathrooms are very close & laundry is a short walk away. Our Glamping experience is unlike any other!

Glamping tent, electricity, AC! Private bathroom

We are offering this very large 12x16 tent with electricity. It is with a queen bed, dining room set, lights, microwave, fridge and mini oven. Bring sleeping bags for extra people. There is a portable AC for evening and sleep time use but probably won't be great during the hot days since this is a tent. The bathroom has unlimited hot water and is a separate building just about 30 ft from the tent. We are only 3 miles from the ocean. No smoking allowed on this property.

This Natural escape, farthest site on the property, gives you comfort & style-with all the modern conveniences! The Miss Alice Tent, this 2 bedroom escape, with your private covered porch is fully furnished to breathe & take in the views, steps away from your own private bathroom. The Sugarneck community features wifi, walking trails, ice machine & communal grill area, lawn games, TV lounge/game room as well as plenty of outdoor spaces to explore!
