Ocean view balcony. 3rd Bedroom Upstairs: Two single beds with top-of-the line mattress and fine linen; can be made up into a King bed. A/C. Newly renovated upstairs Bathroom for bedrooms 2 + 3. Sleeper Couch upstairs: Sleeps 1x adult in open area between bedrooms (not private). Full set of linen provided. Main floor: Gorgeous indoor-outdoor living space, with fully retractable doors for maximum living and entertaining and breathtaking view of the ocean and Clifton Beach. Sliding doors open to beautiful, expansive terrace with private pool, top-of-the range gas barbeque, bar fridge, outdoor shower & designer loungers and comfortable sitting area. Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. Main floor also features: • new indoor installed gas fireplace • newly renovated guest bathroom on the main floor • dedicated, quiet work station area SECURITY: State of the art alarm system with remote control and multiple sets of master keys Cameras cover external entire house, including perimeter of the property for maximum security FOR THE MOMS: •Child Sitters, Personal Tour guide/ driver & Private Chef recommendations. High speed Wifi, Dstv (cable) & electricity all inclusive of price. Guests can access the entire home. (aside from owners private, locked storeroom behind the scullery). PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Spread over three levels this spectacular apartment epitomises what the Atlantic Seaboard lifestyle is all about: light, vibrant spaces flowing out onto open decks and balconies that maximise the panoramic views. The apartment can be accessed via a lift as well as stairs and is tastefully decorated and furnished providing great comfort and luxury. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is situated on the upper level and leads onto a large living space that opens out onto a balcony suitable for outdoor dining. Leading off the living room is the opulent master bedroom which has unbeatable views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Bay. There are 3 additional bedrooms situated on the middle level: all with unique views and 2 out of the 3 are ensuite. All 4 bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The whole lower level is dedicated to entertaining: a large lounge/pool room with kitchenette and bathroom flows out onto a fantastic deck with swimming pool, deck chairs, table, sun-loungers, umbrella, garden and gas barbeque. *** please note that due to the drought in Cape Town the swimming pool may not be usable depending on water level. We cannot run the motors for filtering The entire multilevel apartment is very secure as it is equipped with an alarm system and 24 hour private security company which monitors the property regularly. There is also double secure off-street parking and a full time dedicated cleaner (on weekdays, weekends on request) to assist with all your needs. Guests will be welcomed and given a brief tour of the apartment and the facilities explained. Your host will be available to answer any questions and give advice & recommendations should guests be new to Cape Town and would like assistance in planning their itinerary - please feel free to ask your host. Also, in case of emergencies, your host lives in the area, 2 minutes away. This incredibly central location in Green Point on the Atlantic Seaboard is close to the city centre, V&A Waterfront, Cape Quarter Centre, Cape Town Stadium, Sea Point Promenade, Green Point Park, and much more. Because we are centrally located, Uber Taxis are always close by and available. There is an exceptionally efficient and cost effective MyCiti Bus service 8 minutes from the apartment (St. Bedes Road Bus Stop). This is the main transport mode of Cape Town. Should you wish to rent a vehicle, there is a double garage and also on-street parking around the building in Springbok Road. Guests are asked to be mindful of neighbours with regards to noise levels Usage of the lift is not permitted between 22h00 and 06h00

Wake up to birds singing in the Hibiscus tree outside this peaceful, two-story coastal apartment. Lounge on the terrace with views of landscaped gardens, the ocean, and surrounding mountains. Be sure to enjoy the refreshing pool after a long day. We are not able to accommodate children The first level (ground floor level of the villa)consists of the cosy decorated lounge with flat screen TV, a dining area and the fully equipped little kitchen which can be separated from the lounge by an artfully painted sliding door. A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade . Uber taxis or any of the local companies are another option From our house it's a 15 min walk downhill into Camps Bay Security : Street parking only - Camps Bay has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town The property is fully in and outdoor secured

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Mount Rhodes is a security estate nestled in the foot of Little Lions Head. Mycity bus stop at the bottom of the road, Uber We provide a laundry service at an additional cost and breakfast is available if ordered at least 24 hours before at an additional cost as well. I am also more than happy to make any reservations for tours or restaurants on your behalf.

Simplicity and Comfort in a Beautiful Old Building
Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)
