The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

We have added a small, cozy guest suite to our family home in upper Woodstock and welcome guests from all over the world. We, that is Kent and Susanne with our daughter Alba (10) and our lovely dog Vivienne Westwood (Vivi). Our approximately 25 square meter cottage is located in our beautiful shared garden with saltwater pool and has its own bathroom and kitchenette. Studio in the garden of a Victorian home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance to the City, Long and Kloof Street with restaurants and supermarkets. My 'CityBus' station nearby. Laundry facility available if needed. For longer stays the studio is serviced once a week with new towels and bed linen - beach towels are available for the beach lovers. Please note you have a choice of a king size bed or two single beds. Kitchenette is fully equipped minus a stove.

Situated in a quiet crescent in Flamingo Vlei (southern part of Table View), this bright apartment is located close to a shopping centre and the MyCity public bus service. The famous postcard picture beach and surfing mecca is 3km away. The one-bedroomed apartment includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Please note, this apartment does NOT have a stove or oven but is equipped with a microwave. You'll find an outdoor seating area next to the apartment entrance.
