This suite is set on a 2 hectare farm and is perfect for a tranquil and peaceful getaway, but within 2 km of the quaint Franschhoek village. Franschhoek is known for its beautiful mountain ranges and valley vistas, delicious wines, culinary delights and quaint shops. The house is surrounded by farms and has excellent views. We are just over 2km from Franschhoek Village, so in easy access. If you do not want to drive, you can get around very easily on the Tuk-Tuk or hire a bicycle to enjoy a leisurely drive around the village and valley. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Cafe Bon Bon who are our neighbours. Access is through a private gate a short walk through our vineyards. Sandstone house is located in the quiet corner of Franschhoek with very little traffic noise as there is no through traffic. The guest suite is in Sandstone House. The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Mount Rhodes is a security estate nestled in the foot of Little Lions Head. The Aloe Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. The double story space includes a kitchen, lounge and dining area on the lower level.Upstairs you’ll find a bedroom, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. Guests have a private entrance,patio and barbeque area and shared use of the pool . There is parking on the premises, TV (with netflix ) and Wi-Fi. Laundry can be arranged at a fee. Bed for a minor /child can be arranged on request too

Self Catering Suite in Durbanville, Cape Town

Luxury Self Catering Guest suite attached to modern private home in quiet neighbourhood, with private secure parking and private entrance. The suite has a spacious, sepatate living/dining area with full kitchen facility. The property is equipped with Solar power/battery on UPS, so the SA phenomenon of load shedding/ power outages have little to no impact on our guests. There's also rainwater storage, filtered and piped to the house in the event of municipal water supply issues.
