Light Drenched and Private Cabin

Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Sunny, beach and parkside apartment

You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Bayside Garden Studio - Sth Cronulla -Steps to Bay

Relax in a stylish bayside self contained studio, detached from main residence in exclusive location in Sth Cronulla. Set in a leafy, frangipani scented garden with separate entrance & on-street parking, the studio will be your sanctuary & oasis while you explore Cronulla & beyond. 50 mtr flat walk to a sandy bayside beach with crystal clear water & 12 minute walk to Cronulla Mall. Nearby are stunning beaches, scenic walks, cafes & restaurants & a short ferry ride to the Royal National Park.

Salmon Hall: Self Contained Studio Cronulla South

This lovely beachside studio is perfect for both a weekend away or a month stay. Transformed from a triple garage, this tranquil space boasts a large queen size bed, brand new private bathroom, kitchenette, fridge, laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer, television, CD player, couch, dining table and games and activities. Perched on the edge of Salmon Haul Bay in leafy South Cronulla, it is a 1 minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the famous Cronulla Esplanade.

Bedrock

The guest space is a private part of our house with own entrance and no shared areas. Located in a quiet street , a 15 minute walk from Cronulla Beach, restaurants and bars. Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Free Standing Guest House, Private Outdoor Area

This guest house is very private. It is free standing and has its own ‘no stair’ side access. Walk straight on in. Best suited to singles, couple’s or young families. The lounge and dining area are spacious & the kitchenette comes with all the basic appliances to prepare meals. Out side is your own laundry, and share fireplace & swimming pool. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes' drive away and Caringbah Shopping Centre and Train Station are just a 10 to 15 minute walk.

The Granny Flat

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Fogo @ Ethel & Ode’s

Self contained studio for two, bath, kitchen, private deck, Tesla charger ... This gorgeous seaside escape is an adults only retreat for singles or couples wanting to escape from the world. Tucked away on the E&O property, Fogo offers absolute waterfront views and privacy. Equipped with kitchen, ensuite and its own private deck - you will never want to leave! Tesla charger is available by prior arrangement.

Cozy & comfortable cabin with water vistas

The cabin is located at rear of the property with water vistas from the deck. There is a large bar fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, crockery & cutlery. Linen & towels provided. Ensuite bathroom. Ceiling fan. Heater. Weber gas BBQ, hammock & comfy outdoor setting on the cabin deck. 2 night minimum except Easter Weekend with a 3 night minimum.

2 bedroom fully furnished studio - free parking

Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema and bars. The studio is a secondary dwelling in the back of the main house. Complimentary Netflix and internet.
