A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Free wifi and a 42" LED Smart TV. The bedroom is located up a short set of steep stairs.

A very special place to stay on the Bere Peninsula, Devon. This refurbished traditional slate-hung 'one-up-one-down' former silver miner's cottage was built in the 1800s. Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall & West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our 1/4 acre garden. Within easy reach of stunning Cornish beaches and Dartmoor, yet close to Plymouth City. The National Trust properties Buckland Abbey, Cothele and Saltram House are all under 10 miles away.

It is nestled on the River Tamar - with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. A spectacular haven for wildlife, dog friendly, and ideal for those who want a quiet relaxing getaway. There are stunning country walks, a huge array of activities, 2 excellent local pubs, a coffee shop, wetlands bird sanctuary & there is so much to see & do.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
