We will also charge $ 50 for guest #8. We also request that you bring an air mattress as we do have have this. Please ask us about your special arrangement as we are not set up and don't want you to be disappointed... For the gym, we live 2 blocks from the YMCA so you and your family can always sign up to be guests during your stay if you like. - You prepare your own meals :D in a stunning new kitchen and top appliances and if you can, please put all dishes in dishwasher - Bosch will do the dishes ! :) - You are welcome to bring your own foods and put them in trash bags as appropriate - we have a recycled & trash can separately - The linens, bedding, towels are placed in closets’ drawers - Assorted brand of wellness & grooming amenities are in the drawers of your bathroom - Laundry space houses an iron/ ironing board/ swifter (swifter cloths are underneath the sink left hand side or in linen closet) - Kitchen also has a swifter behind the tall cabinet - Please give your plants a drink of water if you stay longer than 3 days – they thrive on it :D -We make certain non-toxic cleaning products with premium essential oils for our cleaning team to use and for our guests to enjoy (when we can) Thank you so much in your mindful participation to maintaining while enjoying our space :) we appreciate your efforts! The entire home will be exclusively yours except the GARAGE please. This is for the hosts to use. We reside next door. Happy to share restaurant recommendations, etc.! Guests receive 5 star ratings when respectful of the home! The home is in San Pedro (SP), which is a small, quiet port town. The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal.
