Our old fisherman's cottage has been in the family for over 400 years. It backs onto the beach, has uninterrupted views out to sea and the waves lapping against the back of the house at high tide. It's an old cottage and therefore has some quirks such as every floor being on a different level! As such, it's not suitable for children or those with mobility issues. We keep rooms in the lower basement area but a separate entrance ensures no disturbance. Guests cannot use the Rayburn or wood fire.

Romantic getaway! Stunning balconies overlooking the sea. Perfect for paddleboarding and swimming. A two-bedroom maisonette/duplex, located right next to a beach and in the village centre. It's comprised of the top two floors however the self contained apartment below 'Little Valletort' (4 person) can also be booked (lockable connecting door) perfect for inter-generational family stays. 5x pubs, a bakery and Spar all close by with a deli/coffee shop and ice-cream shop nearly next door!

We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path. Trebyan is a beautiful cottage built around 1750. It sits in the centre of Kingsand, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with beaches, coastal paths and pubs all right on its doorstep. The outside space, at the front of the property, is south facing, so enjoys the sun all day long. The house undertook a full renovation, which finished in the spring of 2025, offering many mod cons whilst keeping its original traditional charm.
