A contemporary and quirky space designed with bespoke interiors just for 2 (+ space for a littlun 👶) in a beautiful seafront 1700’s property, situated just behind Kingsand clock tower and just steps from the beach (you’ll hear the sea if you open the stable door). This space was historically an old cobblers and has been transformed into a romantic ground floor studio. It has its own access and everything you need to recharge, reconnect and get away from it all.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
