Other amenities are a screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. This cottage is on Cedar Island Bay just 3 miles from the Cedar Island/Ocracoke Ferry. The property offers a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a cool place to prop your feet up in the evening. There is a covered front porch and back deck with a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a double bed and a twin. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen size bed. The island has swimming, boating and horseback riding.
