Prepare your own meals in the updated kitchen with full size fridge, sink and countertops. Microwave, toaster/oven, and induction hotplate (complete with pots and pans) for all your cooking needs. In what once was the hidden cellar situated beneath the main house is a private living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bath all with it’s own separate entrance and courtyard. Enjoy the cozy bedroom with Queen Size Bed! Located in the quiet Whittier neighborhood, close to downtown, RiNo, 17th Ave restaurants, City Park, major hospitals and much more.
