Tre stanze da letto finemente arredate con mobili d'epoca, biancheria da letto pregiata, ognuna con bagno privato dotato di doppi servizi igienici e doccia. Un bagno nella zona giorno. The accommodation consists of two smaller houses, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a pool house with an additional sleeping gallery for two and one more bathroom. Accommodation capacity is up to 6 people and ideal for 4 people, for a family, two couples or friends. Heated pool. One house has two bedrooms with a capacity for two people each, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The second house has one more kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping gallery.

Welcome to our completely new 4-bedroom villa with a heated swimming pool, al fresco dining area, BBQ, outdoor sauna, and a hot tub. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

The holiday home for 6 people on 100 square meters is spread over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, and a separate toilet. On the first floor is a bedroom with a private bathroom. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, along with a bathroom in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned.
